Thierno Moustapha Diallo specializes in labor law and corporate taxation.

He regularly advises our international clients on Guinean social and tax regulations applicable to the hiring or expatriation of employees. He also assists them with litigation procedures. Recently, he was involved in reviewing the employment contracts of Guinean staff working for a major international educational foundation.

Thierno Moustapha is a graduate of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at the Université Général Lansana Conté in Sonfonia Conakry, and has additional training in international arbitration, customs law and intellectual property law.

Prior to joining Thiam & Associés, he worked in the goods import sector for the Direction Générale des Douanes.

He speaks French, English and Peulh.
