Nasrine Akrah is an associate at Thiam & Associés. Her practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance, with an emphasis on the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. She advises international clients on complex cross-border corporate transactions and projects in the OHADA zone.

She joined the firm as an associate following one-year internship within our teams. She previously gained valuable experience working for leading companies and institutions. In particular, she acquired significant experience at TotalEnergies, where she was involved in major mergers and acquisitions transactions. She also completed an internship with a Paris-based law firm specializing in corporate law, M&A, and private equity, as well as at the Banque de France.

Nasrine holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord and an inter-university diploma (DIU) in OHADA Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

She speaks French and English.
