Mahmoud Kourouma

Mahmoud Kourouma dedicates his practice to all aspects of employment law (individual and collective labor relations). He has an expertise in labor management of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, foreign investment and foreign exchange regulations, as well as projects financing.

He assists his clients both in Guinea and abroad (especially in countries of the OHADA zone) and advises Guinean and foreign groups, public and private institutions, investment funds and governments.

Mahmoud gained expertise in the Paris offices of several Anglo-Saxon business law firms (Eversheds, Jones Day, Hughes Hubbard & Reed).

Mahmoud works in both French and English. He also perfectly speaks the main Guinean dialects (Fula, Susu and Malinke).

He holds the Guinean “Baccalauréat” (High school diploma) and conducted his entire academic career in France. He graduated from the Master of Employment Law and international mobility of workers of the Institute of Labour Studies of Lyon (IETL).
