Ismael Traoré is an associate specializing in corporate law.

He advises Guinean and international companies as well as financial institutions on their M&A and contractual transactions. He has also developed experience in project financing, recently working on a 300MW hydroelectric dam project valued at $500 million acting for our client, Amaria Hydraulic & Electrical Development Corporation S.A.U.

Ismael holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université Kofi Annan de Guinée (UGAC). Before joining Thiam & Associés, he completed several internships with a leading Guinean notary’s office and with the Direction Nationale de la Législation (Guinean Ministry of Justice).

He speaks French and English.
