Fodé Aboubacar Samoura is an associate specializing in employment law (labor and benefits) and tax law, and is involved in both transactional and contentious matters.

He recently advised Karpowership on the social and tax aspects of its electricity production and distribution project in the Republic of Guinea. He also carried out a study on direct employment in Guinea with Expertise France, and regularly advises international groups on labor law regulations applicable in the Republic of Guinea.

Fodé Aboubacar holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, a Professional License in Mining Law and a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management. He has also taken certified training courses with the World Bank on public procurement between 2021 and 2023.
