Fatoumata Soriba Camara is an associate at Thiam & Associés and focuses her practice on advising Guinean, African and international groups in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions, Projects & Project Financing the sectors of energy, mining & infrastructure).
She started her career as an intern at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), on behalf of the Mano River Union Youth Employment Project. In 2015, she was recruited by Diguilin Law Firm as a litigation lawyer. During her time at Diguilin Law Firm, she gained experience in commercial, civil and criminal litigation.
Fatoumata Soriba Camara is a member of the Guinean Bar and works in French. She also masters the main Guinean dialects (Sousou, Malinke, Puular) and holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from the General Lansana Conté Private University.

When I was younger, I envisioned becoming a journalist, but my dad convinced me that I would be a lawyer.
After high school, I enrolled in law school and realized I belonged there. Since then, my dream is to become a great business lawyer, which is why I joined the beautiful team of Thiam & Associés where I practice this profession with dedication and discipline.
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
I dream one day to build a team of young athletes to enable them to grow and compete on an international level.
I also like to travel, to discover other skies, other horizons, new encounters to discover what is happening elsewhere outside my beautiful Guinea.
