Claudette Feutheu is a lawyer admitted to the Paris and Cameroon Bars, specializing in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity.

With extensive expertise in OHADA, French, and Moroccan law, she advises investment funds, financial institutions, and industrial clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions, particularly in the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Before joining Thiam & Associés, Claudette worked in the Corporate/M&A departments of leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.

She holds an LLM in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University – Delaware Law School (2020), a Master II in Business and Competition Law from the Institut Catholique de Lille (2020), a Master II in Business Law (2016), and a Certificate in Business Management from EDHEC Business School (2016).

Claudette is fluent in French and English.
