Abdourahim Bodeen Diallo is a senior associate. He has extensive experience in business law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and financing. He advises a clientele of African and international groups on their projects in various sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, telecommunications, tech and finance. He also advises on labor law and corporate governance. In particular, he is involved in the negotiation and legal structuring of multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Recently, he has advised leading international companies including Bank of America, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Chalco Guinea and Karpowership on strategic transactions in the OHADA region.

Fluently bilingual, Bodeen works in French and English, and is also fluent in Guinea’s main local languages, notably Peulh and Sousou.

He holds a master’s degree in comparative business law from the University of Perpignan. He also holds a Certificate in Business Leadership from the University of Notre Dame (2021), obtained as part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship program.
