Amadou Oury Binta Bah
Amadou Oury Binta Bah is a lawyer, member of the Guinean Bar. For nearly a decade, he has acted in commercial, industrial, financial and company litigation cases before the Guinean courts, as well as in multi-jurisdictional cases before the OHADA courts. He has also acquired experience in criminal proceedings.
He represents our clients in complex litigation involving Guinean and international groups, particularly in the mining sector, and more generally in disputes relating to foreign investments.
Oury completed his entire university course at the University International College (UNIC). Before joining Thiam & Associés, Amadou worked for a leading law firm in Conakry.
He speaks French, Peul and Soussou.
