Abdoulaye Diallo is a legal counsel at Thiam & Associés in counsel and litigation matters.
Abdoulaye has developed expertise in advising Guinean, African and international groups on various transactions, particularly in the context of mining projects, commercial contracts, litigation, corporate law and intellectual property transactions.
Abdoulaye works in French, and is fluent in the main Guinean dialects (Soussou, Malinke and Pulaar).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from the General Lansana Conté University, a Master’s degree in Legal Engineering of Banking and Insurance, and a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the Dakar Bourguiba University (UDB), Dakar-Senegal.
He is a member of the Léo Club Dakar Lumière and a potential member of the Young Chamber International (JCI) Conakry Leaders.

Since high school, I had a strong interest in the law. Not having been raised in a family of lawyers, I had to strive for a place in a law school to study business law.
Today, I’m proud of this choice and I intend to pass the Bar exam to soon join the ranks of the leading business lawyers in the Republic of Guinea and in the sub-region.
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
I am an avid fan of sports, especially football, and taekwondo, and my love for these two activities means that I rarely miss a soccer game with friends.
I also enjoy entrepreneurship and traveling to discover other cultures. In my free time, I enjoy sharing good moments with my family and community.
